As the result this system will helps to monitor the different threshold levels in dams and also it will generate alert signal. Furthermore, we will be performing an analysis on flood data which can be used to anticipate disasters. The main purpose of this study is design and implementation of Intelligent home system using GSM network. This system consists of two parts: hardware and software. The hardware part consists of many units, mobile phones, computers, smart card readers, temperature, gas, motion and rain sensors, a GSM module, a 9V charger, a Microcontroller, an SDRAM module and a buzzer alarm. The software part It is the GUI of the system and is built in the VB environment. The software is connected to hardware devices through USB ports. Moreover, it works to control and monitoring this system from the computer. The software consist of three parts: sensors reading values, electronic devices turning other devices on/off and real-time reading for monitoring instructions from the USB port.
Now a day's rescue operation in coal mine was treated as a dangerous task. Even if any explosion occurs it can't be easily known to the inside laborers. After explosion occur when rescue workers get into the mine without knowing the environmental condition. The environmental parameters such as toxic gases, high temperature, methane leakage, oxygen are sensed by using sensors and the sensed data are transmitted to the control room through Wi-Fi. Hence this paper aims to design a coal mine detect and rescue robot using raspberry pi3 model. The robot has a camera that transmits live video signal to the control room. If the temperature exceeds a threshold value then it provides a cooling fan is automatically ON and if any gas leakage is detected the workers are given an alert through a Buzzer. The robot is controlled using navigation buttons in the webpage and it consists of sensor data, live video and buzzer alert. With the help of this robot, it is possible to reduce the loss due to coal mine disaster and efficient rescue operation can be carried out.

A Security System Using Ultrasound has been proposed in this project. This project was implemented for a low cost security system. In this project the ultrasonic sensors were used to detect the moving object in small place. An ultrasonic transmitter was used which generated and transmitted a 40 KHz signal and an ultrasonic receiver was used which received this transmitted signal which is reflected from any object. A two stage amplifier and a comparator were used to amplify the received weak signal and compare with a reference voltage (5.5V). The comparator s output (High or Low) was fed to a microcontroller which decided whether to start alarm or not respectively. A buzzer was used to generate an alarm. We tested our project and successfully detected the object within 3 feet. The success rate was above 80%. With proper installation this Security System Using Ultrasound can be used where security break warning is needed.
